Proposal template

Each vote proposal will be structured so that everyone understands the issues, motivations and costs :

• Summary : Two or three sentences that summarize the proposal.

• Reason(s) : A statement explaining why the community should implement the proposal.

• Justification : An explanation of how the proposal aligns with the guiding values of the Waty community.

• Key Terms (optional) : Definitions of all proposal terms that are unique to the proposal, new to the Waty community, and/or specific to the industry.

• Implementation steps : The steps to implement the proposal, including associated costs, labor and other resources for each step, if applicable.

• Calendar : Relevant schedule details including, but not limited to, start date, milestones and completion dates.

• Overall Cost : The total cost to implement the proposal.
