50% of the fundraising will be allocated to the DAO and their members. We'll support the $WATY and help the DAO initiative.
24.4% of the fundraising will be allocated to the Artistic Direction. The entity Waty need to be known by everyone and be recognized at the first sight.
9% of the fundraising will be allocated to the Marketing section. Brand Building & Business Development will help Waty to increase its notoriety among the cryptospace.
8% of the fundraising will be allocated to the IT Direction. The DAO needs to improve the system of vote, the token distribution, discord's bot, website and dAPP.
6.1% of the fundraising will be allocated to our Cashflow. Cash flow will allow us to prepare for contingencies, finance working capital requirements, fund growth operations and improve our financial flexibility.
2.4% of the fundraising will be allocated to the Legal entity. Waty need to protect their holders and their client.
